Continuous evaluation of our company’s practices is ingrained in our culture. We recognize that what may have been effective in the past may no longer be applicable today. Recently, we have embraced the challenge of transitioning from a traditional hierarchical organizational structure to a flatter one. This new structure enables every employee, regardless of their position, to leverage their strengths and pursue their interests. It was this theme that formed the foundation of our award submission this year.
Adopting a “paradigm shift” approach, all members of the Green team are encouraged to engage in work that holds personal meaning for them. As of April 2023, engineers at the Engineer IV level now have the opportunity to choose their career path as a Technical Manager, Business Manager, or Client Manager. This not only benefits individual employees but also contributes to the overall growth of our company. We look forward to seeing the professional development of each individual as they take charge of their future and careers by doing what they truly enjoy.
