Plot the utility information and prepare existing conditions plans. Perform onsite field engineering observation of construction projects which may include, but are not limited to roadway, utility, water, and wastewater projects. Read and interpret construction documents. Requires familiarity with hydrologic and hydraulic modelling and analysis, stormwater management design, and floodplain management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, HydroCAD, ArcGIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWAT, basic programming language skills (i.e., MATLAB, Python). 

Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Engineering (any), or related. 

Offered salary $85,176 P/Y.
