Prepare construction plans, reports, specifications, permits and design plans in compliance with engineering standards. Design and prepare traffic design plans. Perform corridor and intersection improvement studies by following HCM and FHWA procedures and build traffic forecasting models to evaluate impacts of new development or solve current traffic pattern issues by using software packages (Synchro/SimTraffic, Vissim, TransCAD). Programming traffic signal by using Vissim VISSIM RBC and VISSIM Vehicle Actuated Programming (VAP) coding with language of c and c++ for Actuated Signal Control and designation of TSP/FSP signal timings. Create 3D models and provide rendering by using SketchUp. Generate zoning prediction model by using ArcGIS, SQL and Python. 

Requires Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Engineering (any) or related. 

Offered salary $85,176 P/Y.
