Green is looking for a Senior Transportation Design Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience that is looking to advance to a Project Manager position.
The successful candidate shall have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited school and a P.E. is preferred. The successful candidate should have experience in performing roadway geometric design and an ability to develop solutions for a range of transportation problems and needs. They should also be experienced in using AutoCAD (and/or Microstation) and be familiar with the Green Book and other key transportation-related guides and standards.
Experience in design in accordance with the New England state transportation agencies’ guidelines and procedures is a plus. Excellent writing and speaking skills are essential as the selected candidate will be required to interact with internal project teams, state agencies, municipal review boards, and clients, as well as assisting the firm in the preparation of proposals.
