At Green, offering competitive pay and generous bonus rewards is our way of expressing our gratitude for what our team members bring to the table at Green. We know money isn’t everything, but taking care of the people that make us successful comes first.
This isn’t your typical 9-5 workplace. We are all human (sometimes caring for other mini humans), and we all run on different schedules. Plus, aren’t we all more productive when we can manage our own schedules? At Green, you can set your own hours that best fit your busy life.
At Green, we host monthly social outings, internal success parties, seasonal competitions, and other events (just because). If there’s food involved, we’ll be there!
Our benefits package offers an incredible healthcare plan, continued learning reimbursement, retirement benefits, and generous vacation time accrual, among other offerings. Other perks include healthy snack offerings, Yoga Friday’s, and popcorn pop-ups to help brighten your day.
I won the lottery finding out about this place. I couldn’t have asked for a better company to start my career with. The people here are great, the work is interesting, and you’re always recognized for your hard work. At Green, I have good days and better days.

Dennis Vertiyev, PEProject Manager Transportation Group
I am the Transportation Design Group Leader and have been with Green since I graduated from Northeastern University in 1996. Over that time, Green has been, and continues to be a great place to develop as an engineer professionally and personally. Our clients recognize that we have the expertise necessary to tackle a wide array of challenging projects and have rewarded us for our commitment to them and the success of their projects with many exciting and interesting projects over the years. While we are a growing firm, with over 100 employees spread across two offices, we are a tight knit group that rely on one another across multiple disciplines to meet the challenges of our projects and develop innovative and effective design solutions. Our company structure allows and encourages input from all levels of staff and our strategic plan and company culture is continually evolving to promote the growth of our company through the personal and professional growth of our employees.
Erik Atkins, PE (MA, VT, RI) Group Leader Transportation Design
Green gave me the opportunity to gain experience in my chosen field of structural engineering. Green has a small company feel where I get to join company committees, have a say in company initiatives, and get to know the President on a personal level. I work with people who I can not only have a good laugh with, but who have a vast range of knowledge that they are eager to share. My group is constantly being challenged with the variety of different projects and I know I can always turn to a coworker to help me out.

I believe Green was a great choice for my professional career. Having just graduated college, I did not know what to expect about the atmosphere and transition to work life. Green’s culture of “Teaching and Learning” has made this transition smooth, as everyone is expected to ask questions and/ or to help each other. The atmosphere in the office is great, too. The different committees the company has (Empathy Committee, Social Committee, Green University, etc.) make work more pleasant and promote teamwork, therefore leading to better results. I continue to grow professionally each day as I keep working on several projects that represent different challenges and learning opportunities. The management, staff, and atmosphere all make Green the place I want to be; I see myself continuing to grow as an engineer at Green for many years!

Green is a great place to work and grow your career. As an entry level Engineer, they have given me the right tools to succeed and the knowledge to increase my understanding in all aspects of the field. The Project Managers spend time teaching me new skills and are very open to questions and helping me become a better Engineer. Green also has a social committee that plans events, including various clubs that are a great way to get to know co-workers and have fun outside of the work environment (my favorite is the golf league)!
